Shipping Policy

 

Our process of orders usually takes 48 business hours from receipt of order.  If it is going to be any longer, we will endeavour to contact you and advise.

Shipping over $100.00 is free and this will be adjusted at checkout

 

Generally our products are all in stock, however, there will be on the occasion where we do not have stock of our product and it has not been stated on our site.  We will endeavour to contact you, and give you the option of a credit on the product or a replacement product to the same value.

We try to keep our shipping costs to a minimum and offer a flat postage rate of Australia Wide.  This flat rate covers up to 5kg of product.  We generally ship via Australia post or courier, depending on the product and your location.  If you require your product to be next day shipping, please advise and we will quote a fair and reasonable express post cost.

Please double check your order and your address prior to processing your order.  Once your shipment is in progress, we will not be able to make adjustments.  We take no responsibility for lost mail when the customer has given us the incorrect address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only offer International Shipping to New Zealand, however, you are welcome to contact us regarding a shipping price to your location and we will endeavour to find the best price for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

From time to time, a slight colour variance will change between the manufacturing of the batches.  Just Pigments Australia is not responsible for this variance and cannot exchange or refund your product due to this.  If the colour variance is more than a slight change, or we have supplied the incorrect product please contact us.

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full product refund.  Samples may not be returned.  If you make a return due to your error, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the shipping cost.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.  if you have opened a product, please do not send it back as we cannot re-sell it.  

We want you to be happy with our products so if the colour is not to your liking we are happy to take it back.  In this case though, you are responsible to pay for the shipping.  

Photo colours will vary camera to camera and screen to secreen and we do the best we can to replicate the colour for you.  It helps to read the reviews also and see what others thought of the colour.

You should expect to receive your refund within two (2) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and the time it takes to process your refund request.
